Job Duties

• Timely update and maintenance of website
• Use of design software to create newsletters, sales specials and social media graphics
• Prepare corporate presentation materials by PowerPoint
• Assist in daily e-commerce platform operation
• Develop and executive marketing promotion campaigns
• Co-ordinate and communicate with potential business partners
• Contribute to brand online development
• Assist in daily e-commerce platform operation
• Prepare marketing report by Google Analytics
• Perform Ad hoc projects as required

Qualification

• Higher Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Design or relevant fields
• 1-2 years’ experience in retail setting
• Ability to work on a fast-paced and multi-task
• Experience in animation is a plus
• Experience in the use of Content Management System(i.e. Wordpress)
• Familiarity with social media, web analytics tools, search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) will be an advantage
• Experience in Microsoft office (i.e. Powerpoint, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite is a must (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premium Pro, etc.)(this will be tested)
• Fluently in verbal and written English and Putonghua (this will be tested)
