Responsibilities:

• Assist College Director to drive growth for the entire college and ensuring daily smooth college 's Operation.
• Assist Sales and Marketing Manager to take care the overseas market.
• Lead, plan and manage the execution of college marketing and publicity campaigns, on both online platforms and off-line activities to generate quality leads to achieve student enrolment targets for the quarter and year.  To ensure a strong branding and upkeep of the image of the college and its offerings. 
• Provide strong leadership to lead and manage the Sales and Marketing  team in ensure high level of performance and achieving the student enrollment targets.
• Responsible for preparing the quarterly and annual marketing budget and having full accountability. Ensure the sales and marketing  team deliver the results within the planned budget and continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing performance.
• Responsible for the Center for Professional Development (CPD) that develops industry relations and promotions through industry projects, competitions, career fairs and seminars, internship and placement of students and graduates, and development of strong alumni relations through organisation of regular activities and networking sessions to grow the active alumni members, enhance the Raffles brand name and increase the sense of loyalty.

Requirements:

• You are expected to have at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, communication or related disciplines.
• You are expected to have at least 5 years’ relevant managerial experience in a related field for this position.
• Possess strategic thinking and hands on approach to work and problem solving
• You must have managed a small to mid-size team of sales and marketing team in planning and execution of marketing campaigns with sales numbers accountability. 
• Highly driven, self-motivated, ambitious and results focused personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good working knowledge of website marketing, digital marketing platforms and tracking/testing tools including Google, facebook, instagram, youtube, wechat, etc
• Relevant working experience in Education & Training Industry is a not a pre-requisite but will be seen as a definite advantage
• Hong Kong Resident or Foreign Professional Manager residing in Hong Kong are welcome to apply.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
