You will work with the marketing lead to craft out social media campaigns to reach as many of the right users as possible. This will be an exciting opportunity for you to get creative in managing social media profiles and get solid fundamentals in the world of digital marketing. You will learn to build marketing campaigns from 0 to 1 and then optimise those campaigns for improving performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing efforts by writing creative and relevant copy to be used in online advertising channels (e.g. GDN, UAC, FB, IG).
  
• Develop the content marketing channel by writing engaging and valuable articles for our target audience. 
• Run and manage our social media profiles by publishing creative and engaging posts.
• Support the marketing team in crafting marketing campaigns for customer acquisition. 
• Test and measure the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of growth tests conducted with copywriting variables.
• Do user research by conducting interviews and other hands-on research to better understand our users.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, Language, and Public Relations.
• Open-minded and strong willingness to learn and improve.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
• Relevant experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
