Our client is the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong's external trade, they are currently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.

• Handle incoming telephone enquiries 
• Provide general trade advice to customers
• Handle difficult and complaint calls and provide immediate resolutions to customers
• Log customer enquiry into system for record, and cross-sell Council’s services
• Provide additional support to the Call Centre by working on weekends, public holidays, or extended operation hours as requested by project departments

• Handle face-to-face customers’ enquiries to deliver good customer service
• Manage Corporate Counter for smooth operation

• High Diploma or above with Call Centre experience
• Fresh graduated Diploma / Degree holder will also be considered
• Experience in inbound hotline working environment is an advantage
• Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner and good customer service
• Pleasant, independent, attentive to details and self-motivated personalities, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• A good team player and ready to accept new challenge
• Basic knowledge on Hong Kong’s business environment
