Responsibilities:-

• Work closely across the organization and with different divisions and teams to understand the current work processes and know the Critical-to-Quality and compliance requirements
• Measure the existing processes and metrics, analyze the processes with merit and demerit
• Redesign, simplify and improve the work processes of the organization
• Implement the improvement plan and ensure it is sustainable
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:-

• University degree in Business, Engineering or Quality  related disciplines is preferred
• Qualification in Process/Quality Management such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in process management and improvement
• Track Record of cultural change in major organization
• Understand latest technology and have an interest to keep abreast of the latest development
• Self-motivated with people focus and enjoy connecting people
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate with different levels of staff
• Able to establish value proposition and make professional business presentations
• Passionate for driving the well-being of Hong Kong’s economy
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower position.
