Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance corporate image
- To set up operational procedures and goals so that staff are motivated to perform their duties and contribute to the team
- To analyze financial figures and evaluate market trends
- Lead and motivate district manager to develop and plan periodic, seasonal and festive menus to meet customer desires
- Review the operation processes to control costs, improve productivity and efficiency
- Assist in marketing and promotions of outlets
- To work closely with all functional teams to drive business results.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and sufficient inventory level
- Prepare menu and business forecast
- Perform training needs analysis and carry out customer service training to front line staff
- Identify the needs of customers and causes of customers’ compliments and complaints
- Report to the Operations Director
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience with at least 3 years managerial experience from a sizeable business;
- Good leadership, organizational ability, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and able to work under pressure;
- Fluent English、Cantonese and Putonghua is a plus
- Sport lover is highly preferable
