Mighty Oaks Foundation (www.mighty-oaks.org), a registered charitable foundation, will launch the ACE Centre at the heritage site in 11-12, Yu Lok Lane, Sai Ying Pun, offering intergenerational learning programs to the community taught by experienced instructors. All programs are aimed at social and recreational enrichment through joyful experiences. eg. Arts and Crafts, Music and Movement, Puppetry, Community Gardening, Creative Writing and Speech and Drama.

We are hiring a Manager for the ACE Centre.  Applicants with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Centre Manager. 

Job description: 

• Lead and manage the Centre operations independently 
• Communicate and promote the courses with participants and parents 
• Liaise with various Centre partners to ensure smooth execution of regular as well as one-off activities and classes from planning to execution  
• Monitor and support the day to day operations of the Centre 
• Manage online promotion channels, website, and social media platforms for the Centre 
• Provide reports and analysis of the Centre operations  
• Champion the vision, mission and values of the Centre for intergenerational learning
• Work with management to meet annual performance targets
• Enjoy communication with elderly and children 
• 5 days work week including Saturdays 
• 2-3 years experience in organizing community services programs in a managerial role is helpful
• Bachelor’s degree and Cantonese required
• Salary range: $18,000 to $22,000, depending on experience
