The incumbent assists organizing and running all afternoon and extracurricular activities for the students. He/She will work alongside the Activities Program Manager to help providing a rich programme of after school activities. Tasks include managing registrations, overlooking sports activity deadlines, handling incoming inquiries and facilitating communication between internal and external coaches, parents, and Bus Company.

REQUIREMENTS

•        Degree in commercial education
•        At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
•        Excellent organisation and project management skills
•        Fluency in both German and English language
•        Team spirit, self-motivated and proactive working style
•        Experience working in an educational environment (desired)
•        Computer literate
