Responsibilities:

• Handling and overseeing all legal matters of the Company
• Providing legal advice and support to business operations
• Handling and assisting investment projects of the Company
• Liaising with external professional parties including but not limited to lawyers and accountants
• Monitoring risk management of the company operation and ensure compliance of relevant laws and regulations
• Undertaking business trips with the business teams in business negotiation and due diligence works
• All such other matters directed by the Company from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Law, Business and other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years legal experience in-house or in private practice
• Ability to provide professional legal advice on a range of commercial and transaction matters
• Mature, responsible, strong work ethics and well organized
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
