Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall management of ordering and business process of international business orders and products
• Supervise ordering team (customers and vendors ordering and billing) and to handle related projects of international business
• Act as escalation on all ordering-related aspect from international sales
• Handle logistics workflow and support of international business teams and overseas offices
  
• Responsible for data integrity on system input and document storage
• Prepare order status tracking report and business reports for management analysis
• Provide training to all new comers to international business teams on workflow and ensure efficiency in business process
• Advise on system automation for the improvement of business workflow
• Prepare ad hoc business cases for pricing and cost justification when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial role of Order Management / Logistics and Supply Chain / Procurement is preferred
• Exposure in telecommunication industry would be a bonus
• Well versed in MS applications, especially in MS Excel
• Confident, strong logical mind with good communication and organization skills
• Positive leadership skills and working attitude
• Capable to think out of the box and attentiveness to details
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Work independent and willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a prerequisite. Proficient in Putonghua is also required.
