Job Scope

Responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales target and enhance competitive position, including:

• To manage and work closely with distributor, Marketing and Trade Marketing to achieve business targets with an aligned strategy in KA (Mannings, Watsons, Wellcome, Parknshop, 7-eleven, Circle K)
• To develop and plan promotion calendar that aligned with Marketing strategy and captured market opportunities
• To conduct sales analysis, business review and customer presentation that supports trade promotion or consumer promotion effectiveness in order to ensure the attainment of sales objectives.
• To ensure implementation and in-store execution excellence

Experience & qualifications required

• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably with FMCG or health supplement experience
• Proactive mind and good numerical sense is essential
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills and business acumen
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Bachelor degree or above
• Independent, creative, outgoing, proactive, hard-working, good communication skill, strong interpersonal & analytical
