Odin Partners Asia is an Executive Search Firm specialising in FICC Trading and Sales across the investment banking sector and select buy side clients based in Hong Kong. Odin Partners was started in 2015 in London. The Asia business was started in late 2017 and has expanded quickly within the region.

Odin Partners are looking to hire a Consultant or Senior Consultant for their Asia business. The hire is being driven by demand from our existing clients for coverage within FICC Sales and Trading - specifically Credit Sales & Trading, Structured Credit Trading and Macro Structuring.

Requirements:

• Ideally, you will possess a minimum of two/three years of recruitment experience in the industry. Candidates with more than three years of experience will be considered for a Senior Consultant position. 
• You will have existing relationships within the relevant markets in Asia - namely Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
• You will have expertise in all of or one of the following markets within FICC: Flow Credit Trading, Flow Credit Sales, Structured Solutions Sales, Macro Structuring and FICC Structured Trading.
• You will have a proven track record of revenue generation and client retention.

For Senior Consultant position - management experience of researchers or graduate is a plus but not essential.
