• Logistic administration and operation
• Support warehouse daily operations
• Check material arrivals/receiving to warehouse and documentation.
• Control of warehouse inbound activity and related problem solving
• Issuing and printing of inbound delivery
• Ensure picking documents and DN are ready for picking.
• Inquire and solve picking anomalies
• Keep clean and align WM and stock value in SAP
• Administration support to inventory check operations
• Customer claim inquiring and solving
• Take care that administration best practices are respected
• Relationship with couriers and forwarders for daily operative issues and information
• Control and report of assigned KPIs
• Assist for outbound documentation and shipment arrangement
• Customs declaration
• Handle ISO documentation
• Follow up infrastructure and equipment maintenance

Skills, knowledge and qualification:

• College degree or equivalent education
• Fluent English and Cantonese. Good in mandarin or another language
• Master MS office and SAP
• Excellent team work attitude
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Flexible and proactive
• At least 3 years in distribution centers or warehouses administration
