Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily settlement duties including account opening, data input, filing and report distribution
- Assist CCASS/DCASS operations, corporate actions, post-trade processing, cash stock settlement, nominee services, IPO and placement
- Follow up confirmation, payments, fund transfer, chasing and matching
- Assist enquires from clients and frontline
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- High diploma or above in business related disciplines
- 1-3 years working experience
- Proficient in in MS Office & PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Detail-minded, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under stress
