To provide professional secretarial support to CEO and provide administrative support to Human Resources Manager in managing the daily HR activities.

Job Responsibilities

Secretarial support to CEO

• Manage calendar for both CEO and GM
• Liaise with internal and external senior executives and coordinate with their secretaries
• Prepare various business correspondences, minutes, management related reports as required
• Facilitate and follow up on external and internal business affairs
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as required

HR & Administrative Support

• Handle confidential documents
• Provide administrative support to HR Manager in daily HR activities

Job Requirements

• Degree holder is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as personal assistant
• Good command of both written and spoken English is essential, and proficiency in Putonghua
• Pleasant and mature, with high work integrity
• Diplomatic, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent MS software skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing
• Responsible, well organized, can prioritize and able to work independently
• HR operational knowledge and experience will be advantageous
