Responsibilities: 

• Review and map production process flow of current operations.
• Study, measure and record standard time of each work step and overall process lead time
• Define standard labor requirements of each work step and work area
• Document all work processes and develop standard operation procedure (SOP) for current operations
• Feasibility study for production improvement

Requirements: 

• Undergraduates with major in Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word and excel processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese;
• Working location : Tai Po Industrial Estate
• 5 days work
