Exciting Information Technology Leader Opportunity in the Geotechnics arena.

Our Client – an established International Geotechnical Firm, has appointed us to seek out the brightest star performers.

Job Responsibilities:

Take part in company strategic planning.
Building and maintaining long term client relationship.
Responsible for all project activities and resources with relevant stakeholders (internal, vendors, customers) including proposal of solution and decision making.
Oversee the resource allocation for all projects.
Review and approve all reports including method statement, risk assessments and drawings related to the assigned projects.
Approve new/special vendors for projects in consultation with Director.
Resolve all potential technical and contractual non-compliance issues in consultation with Director and reporting to Director.
Accountable for project P&L including contractual and disputes.
Set and deliver HSEQ targets and objectives in line with company HSEQ policy.
Focus on development of site staff to meet work requirements through staff engagement (for instance, coaching and performance appraisal).

Job Requirements:

Master or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
Extensive project management experience in local Ground/construction industry for civil works.
Familiar with both main contractor and sub-contractor firms.
Strong leadership skill in team building and directing the team members in line with company's mission and vision.
Strong decision making and conflicts / disputes management skills.
Ability to manage complex and diverse projects, teams and conditions.
Good networking skills.
Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
Occasional Travelling will be required.
