Job Description
Responsibility
- Coordinate building construction with consultants and sub-contractors. Work closely with Project Manager in daily duties of a project's administration
- Monitor field and contract work so as to ensure compliance with contracts requirement. Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
- Gather resources and collaborate with team and subcontractors to deliver projects according to plan
- Liaise with subcontractors in expediting designs and relevant information
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating progress of construction and ensure all of them are on schedule
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision
Requirement
- Certificate / Higher Diploma or related experience in Engineering / Construction
- 1 years related experiences
- Good communication skills, independent and initiative a must
- Good oral and written communication skills in Cantonese, Chinese and English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Words, Excel & Photoshop
- Immediate availability is preferred
