Job Description

• Maintain daily operations for the overall online advertising campaigns including content creation, posting and monitoring
• Closely monitor and analyze the online advertising performance and its return of investment
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding account servicing
• Regularly generate report and drive analytics and recommendations
• Co-develop insight-driven, strategic social media activity for our clients and internal teams
• Maintain and extend good relationship with customers to build solid customer base to increase market share
• Assist in preparing document to pitch clients e.g. marketing plan, schedule, budget 
• Assist and back-up the sales team with major clerical support
• Handle customers' enquire/feedback and work closely with sales, marketing and project team

The Successful Applicant

• Tertiary-educated
• Minimum 1 year of account servicing and practical experience in social media platforms, search engine marketing, banners marketing or video marketing.
• Understanding on social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors
• Fast-learner, passionate in online advertising industry
• Eager to learn, cheerful, detail-oriented and polite
• Good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel etc
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese
