Job Description

• Continually explore trends in social media marketing and consumer behavior, and convert them into social media edges for the agency and our clients;
• Work with local and regional brands to continuously achieve social media success;
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a very timely and professional manner;
• Provide strategic social media advice and guidance to ensure clients’ objectives are met and exceed clients’ expectations;
• Take pride in representing your clients via managing their social networks.
• Closely monitor and analyze the online advertising performance and drive analytics and recommendations
• To manage campaigns deliverables and coordinate with project team, creative team, digital team, digital team and technical team to implement the best class of digital campaigns

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder with major in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Arts or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 year relevant account servicing and/or in-house marketing experience, preferably in social media,digital marketing or public relations industries;
• Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• A natural presenter with excellent communications skills;
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Familiar with various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat, blogs etc.;
• More experience will be considered as Account Servicing Manager;
• Candidates with China/ International background are an added advantage.
