Job Description

• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements, and grow opportunities on digital marketing in order to enhance company’s revenue and market share
• Working with Guerrillas Team*, creative team, media planning team, ROI data analytics team, sales team to devise and present creative campaign ideas and media plan, across traditional media and digital media that meets the client's marketing goal and budget;
• Formulating and implementing marketing strategies and tactics making use of integrated advertising, marketing and campaign based ideas to achieve client’s success;
• Responsible for the coordination of daily activities in product development, promotional offerings and related promotions
• Assisting to plan and implement the marketing plans; review KPIs to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency on different platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn), Search Engine Marketing (Google & Yahoo keywords), eDMs and other lead generation campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

• University Graduate preferably in Communications, Journalism, Creative Media, Marketing, Public Relations, Arts or related disciplines;
• 2+years’ experience in marketing/ advertising/ social media management/ account management field;
• Agency experience or experience in video project management is preferable;
• Passionate, detailed minded, proactive and self-motivated;
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pleasure and fun; pressure and tight deadlines;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• More experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
