Job Description
主要職責Principal Responsibility:
- Assist in project coordination with sales team
- Perform sales administration duties and deal with ERP system (BaaN)
- Tender preparation in collaboration with technical and sales business units
- Maintain and update proper statutory records
- Secretarial support to the department members
職位要求 Job Specifications:
- 學歷Education:
- Diploma holder or above with practical experience in travel arrangement & marketing event administration
- 經驗Experience:
- 3- 4 years relevant experience in sales administration / secretarial support
- 技能Skills / Abilities:
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese ( Mandarin and Cantonese) and good at telephone manner
- Good teamwork ethic and self-motivated
- 其他Others:
- Familiar with computer software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Practical experience in travel arrangement and marketing event administration
- Occasional travel overseas to assist company exhibition
