Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining HRIS database
• Assist in benefits administration and other HR-related matters
• Handle and process regular HR correspondence
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department

Requirements

• Year 2 or 3 undergraduates or postgraduates, preferably in HR discipline
• Previous internship experience in HR is an advantage
• Highly responsible, logical with good organizational/communication skills
• Must have a good sense in handling HR confidential matters
• Good PC skills in MS Office including Chinese WP
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Able to work 5-day a week during summer vacation
• The right candidate is welcome to work on part time basis afterwards, details to be confirmed
