Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Assist in updating and maintaining HRIS database
-
Assist in benefits administration and other HR-related matters
-
Handle and process regular HR correspondence
-
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department
Requirements
-
Year 2 or 3 undergraduates or postgraduates, preferably in HR discipline
-
Previous internship experience in HR is an advantage
-
Highly responsible, logical with good organizational/communication skills
-
Must have a good sense in handling HR confidential matters
-
Good PC skills in MS Office including Chinese WP
-
Good command of English and Cantonese
-
Able to work 5-day a week during summer vacation
-
