We are asset management firm with sizeable AUM size. Due to the Strong business growth, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join, under operation  and administrative department

Responsibilities

• Handle all day-to-day investment operations and serve as first escalation point for any queries from external parties on settlement, corporate action issues, analysing and resolving with brokers
• Prepare all new trading and margin accounts opening related matters
• Compile the funds NAV and perform reconciliation on a daily and weekly basis
• Perform cash management functions and execute FX trades to avoid any overdraft
• Responsible for trade support including transaction bookings, corporate actions and cash reconciliation.
• Participate in system development projects, UAT if needed
• Responsible for office administrative works. 
• Prepare KYC documents , or any other related documents as required

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
• preferred middle and/or back office operation experience in asset management company with experience on RQFII related products and hedge fund products operations
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
