Responsibilities

• Report to the COO
• Lead the human resources team to perform full-spectrum human resources functions of the 800-staff company, including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations
• Develop credibility, trust and closely communicate with senior management, provide professional guidance and coaching to functional heads in handling HR issues
• Review and update policies and procedures to enhance staff effectiveness
• Drive human resources initiatives and projects
• Ensure all human resources related matters are compliant to regulatory requirements

 Requirements

• Bachelor holder
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in human resources management, of which at least 5 years was in management positions
• In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Mature, pleasant and co-operative leader
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
