The Job

• Enter various data into the Merchandising System accurately
• Handle daily routine price file inputs and system testing
• Ensure all manual debits of promotion deal are collected on time and accurately
• Liaise with CM & Marketing team to ensure all promotion information is accurate and executed on time 
• Provide administration support such as preparing reports and memos the department and stores
• Prepare and submit weekly reports in a timely manner

The Person

• HKCEE / HKDSE holder with 1-2 years of work experience preferably in the retail industry 
• Adapted to working in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, highly motivated and hard working
• Good interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written in both Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Willing to work overtime, on shift on public holidays / weekends
• Candidate with immediate availability is preferred
• Less experience candidate will also be considered
