Responsibilities

• To support a manager who operates from both Beijing and Hong Kong equally
• To provide a wide range of high quality, professional secretarial and administrative support
• To update & manage a large and relatively complex visual and document archive
• To compose professional English and Chinese correspondences proficiently and independently
• To handle English and Chinese editing, proofreading and translation work
• To handle ad hoc projects when required

Requirements

• Diploma or above with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in sizable organizations
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, with strong time management ability.  Must be resourceful and detail oriented
• Track record in positions requiring high personal integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work alone or in a group
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel, Chinese Word Processing, and data base systems
• Prefer working 2-3 days per week
