Job Description:

• Data Entry
• Communicate with internal departments
• Handle inquiries from customers
• Able to handle ocean import shipments, ocean export shipments &transhipments from freight forwarding environment
• Communicate with internal & overseas customers or vendors to ensure a smooth running of the process
• Prepare month-end analysis report.

Job Requirements:

• Completed HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent or above
• Independent and detail-minded
• Strong sense of Responsibility, self-motivated and well organized
• At least one-year relevant working experiences
• Good PC skills such as Word, Excel.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with more relevant work experience will be considered as Senior Operation Clerk
