Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out IMP administrative duties
- Arrange IMP classes and substitution lessons
- Maintain attendance records of instructors and students
- In charge of procurement of musical instruments
- Arrange transportation and logistics of concerts and performance
- Prepare concerts and performance publicity material
- Supervise and assist in music activities including tours
- Carry out ad hoc project when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in music or arts administration
- Experience in western and chinese orchestra administration
- Knowledge in music notation software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Commencement date for work: 20 Aug 2018
Closing date of application: 1 Jun 2018
Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
