Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support at branches such as data entry, filing, leaflet design
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Take up ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Outdoor work is required

• 處理分行內之文職工作,例如文件整理及列印樓盤紙之工作
• 負責處理分行及各部門之所有常務工作
• 向後勤部門提供要填報的資料,消息發放等
• 需外勤工作

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Strong PC skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
