Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for daily reception duties
- Greet people who come in for visits, maintain enquiry form, schedule tour visits and serve members
- Send out and document signed agreements and invoices
- Ensure the co-working space is fully operational and report maintenance issues
- Drive growth and promotion of Metro Workshop’s service offerings
- Planning events at workshop to foster community contribute to the life of the space and attract new members.
- Build strong relationships between members
- Establish partnerships with businesses to add values for the community
- Provide administrative/operational support to marketing teams
- Take direction from the Director to achieve sales target goals and maintain 100% occupancy
Requirements:
- College graduate preferred
- Relevant working experience in Hotel Front Office / Co-working Space / Serviced Office industry is highly preferred and
- Must have good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Passionate for entrepreneurial communities
- Outgoing, Proactive, Good Organizing Skills, Result oriented, Multi tasking, Self-motivated, Good Work ethics, High Integrity,Dependability and Accountability
- Working hours – 09:00- 18:00 Monday to Friday (Saturday work upon request)
- Working location: Admiralty, Tin Hau, Kwai Chung, Wanchai, Central
