Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Lodge Manager to formulate annual business and budget plan and to achieve pre-set sales targets
• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all departments including reception, reservation, housekeeping and artisan teams
• Provide supervision and training to team members to ensure good customer service
• Work closely with Catering, Sales and Marketing, and other sister service units to maximize revenue generation and collaboration
• Handle guest complaints, emergency cases in a professional manner

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Over 2 years’ working experience as Assistant Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in hotels
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Familiar with hotel PMS and online travel portals
• Proficient in office software applications, including Words, Excel and Powerpoint
• Energetic, independent, patient, good communication and interpersonal skills with a heart to serve

• Yaumatei

Salary Range : HK$19000 – HK$25000
