Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth operations of designated business unit
• Monitor the operation efficiency of store and enhance that the standard for maintaining product quality and excellent customer services is being implemented
• Review the business performance and identify the gap & shortfall, devise an action plan
• Maintain and enhance the hygiene and work safety standard comply with company’s guideline
• Supervise and motivate staff and provide training to newly hire team member

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel & Catering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in restaurant management
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
• Strong business acumen and good communication skills
• Self-motivated, team player and enjoy working in fast-paced environment
• Immediately available is highly preferable
