Job Description:

• Monitor the operations of floor and bar
• Ensure team members following the standard and procedures and providing fast, efficient, friendly customer services
• Responsible to make, and train staff to make beverages according to preferred standards
• Responsible for staff rostering to ensure sufficiency of manpower for daily operations of floor
• Maintain food and utensils inventory stability of floor and bar
• Immediate available is preferred

Job Requirements: 

• 5 years solid managerial level experience in western cuisine chain store preferred
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
• Innovative, profit-oriented and strong sense in business acumen
• Less experience will be considerate as Assistant Restaurant Manager / Floor Supervisor
