Our client is a reputable property developer, they are seeking for an Acountant to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts payable and receivable, consolidate data and analysis to the management
• Handle daily accounting issue and operations
• Prepare the month end closing, financial reporting, annual / interim
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as requested
• Handle and assist Inventory reconciliation and inventory adjustment, year-end stock take (for retail industry)

 Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Membership / student member of HKICPA / AICPA / HKICS / ICSA is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience in a sizeable company, especially in properties / medical / health care industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong data analytical skills/ accounting skills
• Candidates with minium 8 years finacne/accounting experiences coverage in PRC will be considered as an Senior Accounting role.
