Key Roles and Responsibilities 

• To prepare and review GMP document;
• To maintain the GMP documentation system;
• To assist in executing the Quality Management System;
• To implement QA daily operation in the manufacturing site; &
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience    

• Degree holder in Chemistry, Quality Management, Food Science or other science related disciplines;
• 3 years or above relevant working experience in the Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing industry is highly preferred;
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance System in pharmaceutical/food/laboratory will be an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken both in English and Chinese;
• Able and willing to work on Saturday or Sunday (5 days work per week); &
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Officer.
