The job: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking sales performance from multiple source reports or unstructured raw data files; and computing achievement percentage for different sales performance  measurements; as well as updating critical information on customer database and maintaining critical input tables so as to support sales commission calculations. S/He will account for the calculation of sales commission on a monthly basis; preparing commission statements; and maintaining and updating the staff information database each month in order to capture the latest staff movement.   He/she will be required to prepare monthly sales commission accruals and forecast sales commission payments for funding/budget purposes.   He/she is required to verify the customer sales orders/agreements and incentive claims files/emails submitted by sales teams in order to process sales incentive claims and calculate   incentives for those ad hoc promotion programs launched.

The successful applicant will have:

• Degree holder, preferably in Finance or business management or Statistics and Computing. Candidates with strong database management skills will also be considered.
• Minimum one years’ relevant experience in manipulating large volume of raw data and preparing sales performance tracking reports.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commitment to accuracy, detail-oriented and capable of identifying issues/errors through cross-checking and reconciling different sources reports and large volume of  raw data files or documents
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of responsibility. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in using advanced formulae in Excel, Access , Macro, VBA and SQL
• Fresh graduate can also be considered
