Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects such as project evaluation
• Perform financial planning and analysis
• Prepare and implement budgetary control
• Prepare regular financial and accounting reports
• Enhance and maintain internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years' of relevant working experience in listed companies of related industries, with at least 2 years managerial role, preferably with transaction or auditing experience
• Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards and listing rules
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, report writing, presentation and communication skills
• Dynamic, self-motivated and positive personality
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Knowledge in accounting systems, experience in SAP will be a definite advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Accounting Manager.
