Accountabilities

• Conduct research, analysis, projection and financial modeling for real estate projects
  
• Validate the financial models on property income projections and analyse financial feasibility studies
• Present finding and analysis for internal and external clients
• Monitor the progress of the projects in compliance with regulations
  

Attributes

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Real Estate
  
• 8 years of financial analysis experience in real estate / property development sector
  
• Familiar with quantitative and statistical analysis tools (SPSS, SAS), econometrics, statistics analysis
• Self-motivated, analytical and able to work under pressure and independently
• Computer literate, well-versed in Excel and Power point
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
