Profile

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Management or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' working experience in the field
• Good understanding of VC approval procedure, financing term sheet and investor documentation preparation
• Excellent presentation, supervisory and people management skills
• A good negotiator with investors,VC , banking and legal parties
• Detail-oriented, analytical mind and problem solving skills;
• Smart, Energetic, Pleasant & Hardworking;
• Immediately available or Short period notice is highly recommended
