Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing/exploring Hong Kong onshore/offshore Taxes compliance matters, including but not limited to annual profit tax filing, managing tax audits, and liaise with tax authorities, etc.
• Monitoring Tax compliance and risk on global business, advise business team on the tax issues with implementation strategy and solution in HK or overseas, Familiar with International taxes matters, such as BEPS and etc.
• Implementing corporate transfer pricing structure, Managing transfer pricing and Inter-transaction compliance on tax, Assist in developing transfer pricing solutions, documentation, advanced pricing agreements, and etc.
• Managing and assisting in the development of business models, Implementing compliance procedures for new business models established
• Taking full responsibility for project delivery of projects assigned, Dealing with ad-hoc business queries from various departments

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years relevant experience in big4 or MNCs with a recognized Degree in Economics or related subjects or with ACCA, HKICPA , CPA qualification or equivalent.
• Experienced in HK offshore profit tax claim and international tax, has lead tax project in group level and formulated tax solution individually.  
• Good relationship management skills with ability to develop quality outputs

• Working closely with tax staff from different countries as well as tax consultants, and building and maintaining good professional relationships with colleagues from various departments, Effectively bilingual with excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
