Job Duties
- Handle accounts payable function
- Handle invoice & prepare payments
- Prepare payment vouchers
- Prepare journal entries
- Monitor cash flow for different bank accounts
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Prepare inter-co. invoice and settlement
- Prepare monthly stock report
- Checking petty cash payments and accounts receivable
- Checking turnover report to landlord
- Assist in month-end closing e.g. management reports, audit schedule
- Filing
