Responsibilities:

• Execute clerical functions to the treasury section in Account Department
• Provide administrative clerical support to the treasury
• Coordinate meetings between banks and treasures and financial officers
• Support treasurers in verifying cash transactions on a daily basis
• Prepare bank statements and relevant financial records, financial records for management
• Maintain and manage treasury files, bank records, financial logs and reports
• Initiate and implement safe & secure measures in protecting treasury cash
• Maintain, manage and update treasury databases
• Assist and support accounting work

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines with LCCI higher or above is added advantage
• Relevant working experience is added advantage
• Experience in Financial industry (Precious Metals Trading) is added advantage
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Chinese typing), knowledge in Peachtree system is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday required to standby and the schedule will be subject to your Department Head’s discretion. ( If necessary)
