Job Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Accounting Studies
• 3 years accounting experience with focus on payable functions
• Experience in intercompany transactions or vendors settlement
• Well-versed in MS Office, preferably with Oracle or SAP system
• Attention to details, responsible, well-organized and cheerful
• Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operation focusing on payable transactions
• Coordinate with vendors for invoice verification and payment preparation
• Handle intercompany reconciliation and assist in month-end closing
• Update the payment status in the system and preparing related reports
