Responsibilities:
- Review the financial statements and reports submitted by PRC subsidiaries
- Produce meaningful management analysis reports for performance monitoring and business decisions related to the Group’s PRC operation
- Prepare consolidated financial statements according to the relevant accounting standards, listing rules and Hong Kong Companies Ordinance requirements; understand, able to produce and explain HK and PRC accounting standard and corresponding adjustments
- Perform consolidation, prepare and review group interim/annual report
- Handle tax filing, tax planning and inquiry from the relevant tax authority
- Opportunity to work closely and report directly to Group CFO
- Candidate with more experience will be considered Senior Finance Manager
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with a recognized Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years' working experience, experience gained from Big 4 audit firms with post-audit commercial exposure in HK/PRC property development and/or leasing an advantage
- Solid experience in preparing published accounts of Hong Kong listed companies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese.
- Mature and able to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Frequent travel to major PRC cities required
