Responsibilities

• Assist to Monitor and control financial and costing status of operations units;
• Be responsible for the preparation of annual budgets, forecasting and analysing for the business unit;
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements;
• Assist to oversee internal control matters and liaise with other departments to formulate a robust work flow and effective internal controls;  
• Study on operation inefficiencies and recommend remedial action;
• Participate in cost accounting related projects, such as system enhancement, streamlining work flow and etc;
• Support in developing business investment analysis that facilitate decision making;
• Prepare meeting materials and minutes for the Board and the general meetings;
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned. 

Requirements

• Possessed a degree in accountancy, a CPA membership;
• Independent, hardworking, self-motivated, responsible, well organized, good interpersonal communication skill and team work;
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Flexible, detail-minded and a good team player;
• At least 6 years of relevant experience with multinational companies; regional exposure a plus;
• Solid working experience in retail is preferred;
• Experience in system implementation such as SAP is preferred;
• Candidate with more experience could be considered as Finance Manager
