Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly invoices to customers
• Handle billing enquiries and work with various parties to clarify any dispute/ discrepancy identified
• Perform other general accounting functions including journal entries, month end analysis
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• High Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
• 2 - 3 year experiences in finance and accounting
• Independent, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS applications
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English and proficiency  in Mandarin
