The job:

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their expertise in the specialist area of Customer Accounts and Payments under our Group Finance Department. S/He will monitor billing profiles to ensure all invoices are issued in an accurate, timely, efficient fashion and complied with the OFCA requirements. S/he is also required to monitor customer payment’s behaviour in accordance with company procedures.

The candidates will work with internal parties to clarify any dispute/ discrepancy identified and is encouraged to recommend alternatives to supervisors on improving the existing systems and procedures. S/He will also prepare operational statistics and reports for management review and perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.

The successful candidate will have:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or other related discipline with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
• Self-motivated, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Immediately available is preferred.
