Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the Oracle Financial Accounting system - General ledger and Accounts Payable modules and participation in system administration.
2. Create, update, review and maintain setting & documentation for Oracle Financials system & users, for internal control & auditors' review.
3. Act as Oracle Financial system helpdesk, liaise with internal & external parties for resolving problems/issues
4. Prepare , generate & reconcile various management & analysis reports
5. Lead the Group’s semi-annual budgeting exercise
6. Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting or Information Technology.
• 3 year work experience in Accounting, with hands on experience on Oracle Financial system.
• Candidate should be comfortable in working with IT personnel and software consultants. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel software
• Meticulous, amicable, well-organized and a team player with good communication skills and able to work in a dynamic environment.
