Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting and Analysis

To provide information and assistance for compilation of monthly flash reports
To assist and prepare the monthly management package
To track business unit performance and monitor monthly expenses versus budget
To compile periodic forecast for management review
To assist in preparation of semi-annual board paper and supporting schedules
To prepare ad hoc reports as required

Annual Budget

To prepare budget timeline & template
To track submission by each division
To liaise with other departments for information required for budget purposes
Timely consolidation of budget package for management review
To follow up outstanding items during submission stage

REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder in accounting or equivalent
At least 2 years' relevant experience
Member or student member of HKICPA / ACCA is preferred
Well-versed with MS office
Exposure in Oracle Financials is an advantage
Self-motivated, independent, responsible and detail-oriented
A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
